We are looking for a resourceful and creative mindset, possessing a strong background experience in social media marketing platforms such as Facebook/Instagram/ Google/ Xiao Hong Shu, to join our passionate team.
1. To handle and manage weekly posts on Facebook (FB) and Instagram (IG).
2. Answering queries on Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), Xiao Hong Shu (XHS) and other social media platforms.
3. To pass on leads from social media platforms to the sales team.
4. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
1. Good communication skills
2. Fast learner and willingness to learn
3. Able to speak, write, and read well in Chinese & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients (Preferred Bilingual)
4. Team player who works well across departments
