Zenith – Finance Executive

We are looking for a driven individual to become part of our finance team and to get to work with people of diverse backgrounds in a fast paced media communications industry. You will learn to understand how finance works hand in hand with the media team to cater to the client’s needs while ensuring compliance and maintenance of internal control.

Be involved in the setting up of new finance controls, gain exposure to reporting requirements and work processes to meet the constantly changing needs of the various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities 

• Verification and checking of Supplier Invoices which is media related
• Reconciliation of Regional Clients Accounts
• Manage unbilled and queries between media teams and shared Service team
• Work closely with media teams and shared Service team on issues resolutions
• To assist the Finance Manager in preparing ad hoc reports as requested by regional and global team

Requirements 

• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Independent with minimal supervision
• Good team player
• Good communication skills
• Diploma in accountancy or higher
