Job Description
- Order processing, picking & packing of daily orders
- Response to eCommerce customer inquiries and concern through web chat, phone, and emails.
- Managing eCommerce customer’s comment and review through social media.
- Assist customers with any upselling/cross selling opportunities or awareness of any marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with E Commerce partners for order delivery.
- Work closely with E Commerce/Digital Marketing teams.
- Perform stocktaking & inventory checks.
Requirements:
- ITE or Diploma in any fields
- No experience, as training is provided (above 21yr old)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Have to work independently, self-discipline with minimum supervision
