Zen’yu Pacific Pte Ltd – Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Handling of daily inbound and outbound stock.
2. Perform goods receiving function & ensure accuracy of goods received.
3. Order Processing, picking & packing function for B:B, B:C and delivery to our outlet; ensure inventory are picked, packed and label correctly.
4. Perform stocktaking & inventory checks.
5. Ensure the inventory system is updated accurately & promptly.
6. Work closely with logistic company for all outbound orders.
7. Support day to day warehousing operations.
8. Procurement support from issuance of Purchase Order to inbound receipt of stocks from suppliers.
9. Work closely with freight forwarders for competitive freight quotes, air or ocean LCL for all inbound or outbound stocks.

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in any fields
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Experience in logistics, inventory management and warehousing
• Good command in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Have a sense of urgency to work independently, self-discipline with minimum supervision required
