* Proficient in MS office, Excel, Powerpoint
* Weekly reports using MS Excel in pivot tables for all online/off line sales
* Efficient and organised in admin and sales coordination
* Punctual for work and meeting datelines
- Compile weekly reports in pivot tables using MS Excel
- Pick and pack stocks and coordinate deliveries for all orders
- Willing to learn Quickbook or MYOB for PO, DO, Invoices
- Monthly compilation of sales reports for audit submission
