Job Description

As a personal assistant to our managers in our firm:

You can expect direct mentorship from our managers in our firm in the following areas:
1) Business presentations (marketing)
2) Client Acquisition
3) Contract Drafting
4) Recruitment
5) Financial service
Your job scope:

a) acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

(b) managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive

(c) booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

(d) organising events and conferences

(e) reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

(f) typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

(g) managing databases and filing systems

(h) implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

(i) liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

(j) collating and filing expenses


(k) miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, including but not limiting to completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research

(l) managing projects,

(m) Making sales appointments in accordance with the Approved Telemarketing Scripts provided; and

(n) Keeping records of Telemarketing Activities as instructed;

(o) Supervising, interviewing and leading a team of Telemarketers;

(p) Arranging for interviews for the Director and Manager

(q) Any administrative duties, without limitations, as assigned including tabulating of payrolls, typing of employment contracts, financial calculations, simple book keeping and etc

(r) Assisting the Director in the personal aspect including overseeing his general well being when travelling overseas or locally

(s) Assisting the Director in the personal aspect including keeping track of his personal finances, diets

(t) Overseeing director during exercises

(u) Dispatching documents to Director’s clients from time to time as required

(v) Any duties that your director should reasonably expect you to fulfil as a personal assistant
