Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Product Executive Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Manager to support the design, development, and documentation of software products. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development and to contribute to the creation of innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Design Support:
- Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new product features.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to refine design specifications and ensure alignment with user requirements.
- Documentation:
- Draft and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Support the creation of presentation materials for stakeholders and team updates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure understanding of product features.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
- Testing and Feedback:
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality.
- Document and communicate findings from testing to the Product Manager and development team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in software product development and user experience design
- Proficiency in productivity tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic understanding of software development processes is an advantage
