About the Role:
We’re looking for a Communications/Marketing Intern to join our kick-ass marketing team.
You will be a part of the team managing communications - across all the social & digital platforms to engage with the existing/new customers – maintaining the relationship and supporting them. This will involve the day to day response management, reviews management all the way to all the funkier stuff like campaigns/contests etc being run across the channels.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with the existing customers, managing the group to ensure the relationship is maintained, while supporting them
- Help in the data analysis for all the social communication.
- Monitor and track online reviews on all platforms
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our brand, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences
- Work alongside marketing manager to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals
- Assist in finding prospects as influencers and assisting in the engagement end to end.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelors/Masters Degree in Marketing /Communication or relevant fields.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in using social media tools (e.g. Hootsuite, social sprout) to monitor social media conversations. You will be our ear to the ground to route the appropriate marketer, sales rep, and/or support rep to social conversations.
- Bonus experience and skills include experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, video editing and blogging.
