- Review customer’s order from initial enquiry to order receipt, products delivery
- Preparations of documents, products certificates, D/O, invoices, related shipping documents, commercial invoice and packing list.
- Monitoring the progress of order undertaken to ensure timely completion. Close follow up and building good good business relationship & rapport with customers.
- Provide sales and general administrative support, Ensure response timeliness to customer’s enquires.
- Consolidate sales, generate sales report and handle sales analysis, Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to all business clients. Provide support to pre-sales and post sales activities.
- Hourly rate can be discussed ($12-$14 per hour)
