Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quality and timely administrative support
to the Manager.

- Day-to-day administrative and office support.

- Ensures proper operational activities to facilitate smooth running of the company;

- Supports all reception duties and general administrative functions;

- Manages pantry needs – supplies, utilities, and maintenance;

- Provide administrative and clerical support to Finance team

- Update annual leave file and MC etc

- Travel plans 

Requirements

- GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in a related discipline and above.

- Basic experience in administrative support functions is preferred;

- Possesses strong interpersonal skills;

- Good communication skills;

- Able to multi-task and be a team player; and

- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office software applications
