So, we’re building one.
We're looking for product management interns to join our growing team in Singapore. The role is a unique opportunity work
with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out beautifully simple experiences that guide pet owners through their pet’s health and wellness journey.
How You’ll Be Creating Change
We believe pet care should be easy. Reliable, Effective, and Convenient. You’ll be owning the customer experience, their
needs and pain points to plan and execute for product success.
You’ll empower pet owners to make better and more informed decisions about their pet’s health and wellness at all stages of their lives - so our pets can live their lives to the fullest.
This Role Will Allow You To
● Solve real problems - This is not a drill. Throughout your internship, you need to gain a clear understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve user experience and drive growth.
● Do the right things, even if it’s different – We believe in putting the pet first when it comes to solutions. So rather than telling you what to do, you’ll work with users and internal stakeholders to constantly think about how we can benefit the lives of our pets, even if it is different.
● Own it and deliver it - Take the initiative to lead any projects that you have taken up. You will be provided with the autonomy to make it happen.
● Be flexible in how and where you work - We understand everyone has their own personal commitments and state of flow.
What We Are Looking For
● You are passionate with pets and animals!
● You approach your work with a strong product mindset and passion for user experience, you prioritize work with the customers in mind and make data-driven decisions to fix customer pain-points
● You have great communication skills and can articulate complex concepts/features to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
Some Good To Haves
● You have familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
● You have experience with market research, consumer behaviours and marketing techniques
● You have knowledge of project management tools, like Jira and confluence
● You have experience using design thinking with teams to solve problems
